Lead Coordinator (Noida)
- The Candidate will be responsible for attending to inquiries generated through Digital Marketing activities and addressing their needs.
- He/ She must Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best
- Build rapport with clients and invite them for site visits
- He/She will also be coordinating with other team members to make sure clients' needs are fulfilled and no client is missed
- He/She will be responsible for achieving the target set by the company and will be incentivized accordingly.
- The need is to call customers who have already shown interest in our projects / new clients and explain them about the projects and send them details through emails.
- Generating leads for real estate sales through cold calling
- Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in a very professional and courteous manner.
- Having sound knowledge of working on leads management software
