The position requires a combination of market research, client acquisition, lead generation, strategic partnerships, sales strategy development, market expansion, networking, and representation.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation and Prospecting
● Project Knowledge and Consultation
● Customer Follow-up and Relationship Building

● Appointment Setting and Coordination
● Data Management and Reporting

Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

● Proven track record of 6 months to 1 year in business development within the real estate sector, focusing on residential and commercial properties.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

● Strong organization and project management skills.

● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
